Installing JDAPI and XMLTOOLS javadoc

Download jdapi9i.zip and xmltool9i.zip.
Create directories into which you will write the javadoc files.
Unzip jdapi9i.zip and xmltool9i.zip into there directories.
View the javadoc by opening overview-summary.html.
