Enterprise Manager: Managing and Monitoring Application Server 10g Instance

Enterprise Manager provides both a simple, out -of-box application server administration interface and a comprehensive system
for managing and monitoring large-scale Oracle systems. The administration interface, known as Application Server Control can
be used to perform management operations such as starting and stopping services, adding OC4J instances, configuring HTTP Server properties, and monitoring the availability and real-time performance of the application server.

In this section of the Oracle by Example Series, you learn how to manage an Application Server environment and how to deploy a J2EE application using Oracle Enterprise Manager Application Server Control Console.
