The user will access all Oracle Collaboration Suite applications
through single sign-on, thus the user will need an Oracle Internet Directory
(OID) account. Except for Mail, Files, and Calendar, all other Collaboration
Suite applications directly use the OID account. To provision a new user, the
following user accounts need to be created: OID, Mail, Calendar, and Files.
While OID, Mail, and Calendar accounts need to be created
manually, the Files account is automatically created once the OID account is
created.
Enter <hostname.domain>:<calendar server
port> in the Host Name field. Enter the node ID in the Node ID
field. Enter the password for SYSOP user. Leave the User-ID field blank
and click on the Login button.

Click on the Calendar Management tab then click
on the Provision Calendar Service to User button.

Click on the Go button to retrieve the list of
OID accounts.

Click on the checkbox next to the new OID user you created
then click on the Provision Calendar Service to User button.
After you see the confirmation message, click on the
Log Off link at the top.
