To Install the Oracle Calendar Desktop Client on Macintosh
Note: Administrator privileges are required to install the Oracle Calendar desktop client on Macintosh.
- Double-click the executable file (for example,
cal_mac_OSX_x.dmg).
The Oracle Calendar mounted disk appears. - Double-click the Oracle Calendar mounted disk icon.
- Select the Oracle Calendar and readme files and drag them to the folder where you want to install the Oracle Calendar desktop client for Macintosh.
Note: Oracle recommends installing the Oracle Calendar desktop client for Macintosh in your Applications folder. If you choose to install in the Applications folder, you may be prompted to enter an administrator password.
The installer extracts the application and copies theReadme.htmfile into the destination folder you select.
The installer also extracts all shared libraries to/Library/CFMSupport/.
The installer copies Oracle Calendar Help to/Library/Documentation/Help.
