You can set your Oracle Calendar desktop client preferences for the following:
- Agenda
- In-tray
- Entry Defaults
- Scheduling
- Offline
- Wireless
- General
- Addresses
To access your preferences, select Options from the Tools menu in the Oracle Calendar desktop client. Then select the option corresponding to one of the following areas where you would like to set your preferences.
Agenda
Set your display and color preferences for items in your Agenda.
In-tray
For In-tray preferences, set which entries you want displayed in your In-tray.
Entry Defaults
Set your default preferences for meetings, tasks, day events, and daily notes. For example, you can set default preferences for the importance and access levels, reminders, and start times.
Scheduling
Set your scheduling hours. Set your preferences for sending and receiving notifications.
Offline
For the offline options, set your preferences for downloading entries and reconciling between offline and online entries. You can also set a location for your offline Agenda.
Wireless
Set your preferences for receiving reminders and notifications on your wireless device.
General
For General preferences, set user and resource name formats, date and time formats, time zone, and your Agenda and In-tray's startup states.
Addresses
Select which address lists you want to use. Set your Address Book's sort order and the columns and folders you want displayed. Set custom fields for your contacts.
