We are excited to offer you this unique opportunity to provide direct input into the future direction of our product. We will be seeking your input on your scheduling requirements and how you are currently meeting these needs, as well as how we can help you to better meet these needs.
As an active member of the Customer Advisory Board, we will solicit your input via discussion forums, conference calls, participation in beta programs, and direct e-mail or phone contact. We will be providing you with detailed product specifications, as they become available, and will request your comments, as well as your assistance in prioritizing our feature list.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend a yearly Customer Advisory Board meeting. This one to two day event provides you the unique opportunity to speak directly with the Oracle Scheduler development staff, as well as to receive briefings from the development team about future product directions. This meeting will typically be held in conjunction with another Oracle sponsored event, such as OracleWorld, to reduce your travel requirements.
