wwsec_api.users_in_group        As of Oracle9iAS Portal 9.0.2, since the group memberships are being maintained in OID and implementation of this API becomes prohibitive. OID does not provide a direct API to return the members of a group, so recursive calls would have to be made to the directory to get the users who are indirect members. This function is not being used anywhere in the Portal code.
