Oracle Instant Portal
Oracle Instant Portal is a feature of OracleAS Portal that offers a point-and-click solution for building your portal,
and is ideal for companies and departments that require cost-effective,
easy-to-build, easy-to-maintain content portals. The solution
features pre-generated pages, a compelling in-place content
and page editing experience, simple customization and branding
capabilities, and easy-to-use dialogs and menus for styling
and user management.
Oracle Instant Portal is immediately available in both Oracle
Application Server 10g Release 2 (10.1.2.0.1) Standard
Edition One, and Oracle Application Server 10g Release
2 (10.1.2.0.2) Standard and Enterprise Editions. Oracle Application
Server 10g Release 2 (10.1.2.0.1) Standard Edition One
is a complete, integrated application server. It has the same
functionality as Oracle Application Server Standard Edition,
but has been tailored and packaged to meet the requirements
of small to medium businesses and departments. |
