JHeadstart
11g for ADF
Oracle JHeadstart 11g
for
ADF dramatically
improves developer's productivity for the Oracle Application
Development Framework (ADF). It allows
IT
organizations to
rapidly introduce Java EE, without the need for a team of JEE
gurus to
build complex transactional JEE applications.
By declaratively
specifying
your
application through highly functional meta data, using simple property
editors, and using the JHeadstart Application Generator, JHeadstart
generates very sophisticated ADF applications using Rich ADF
Faces as View, ADF Task Flows as Controller and ADF Business Components
as Business Service layer. Features include trees,
(multi-select) list of values, quick and advanced search, wizards,
shuttles, deep linking, dynamic breadcrumbs, conditional dependent
items, fine-grained security, flex items defined at runtime,
runtime customization of menu structures, and comprehensive
multi-langugage support .
JHeadstart auto-implements a host of ADF 11 best practices related to
new ADF 11 features like (un)bounded task flows, page fragments, page
templates, (dynamic) regions, XML Menu Model and model-driven LOV's.
JHeadstart is seamlessly integrated with the
Oracle JDeveloper IDE and is based on Oracle Consulting's best
practices world-wide.
It includes the JHeadstart Forms2ADF
Generator that allows you
to
transform Oracle Forms applications directly to ADF applications,
thereby protecting your
investments when moving to
the JEE (Java Enterprise Edition) development platform.
