Application Performance Management

Application Performance Management enables application owners to proactively monitor end-user performance and quickly trace cause of performance problems to/from top-level components such as Portals, BPEL, Web Services and ESB to infrastructure components (e.g. network, middleware or database), and/or application components (e.g. class, method or SQL query).

The following collateral will describe the Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g features that are critical to managing application performance and diagnosing performance problems in your IT environment. For information concerning Application Performance Management features for applications supported by non-Oracle middleware, please refer to the Enterprise Manager 10g Grid Control Extensions Exchange page.
