Frame-based Reporting

Oracle Reports uses frame-based reporting, versus band-oriented reporting. By using frames, you can carefully control specific pieces of your report and put as many layouts as you wish on a single page. For example, you can specify particular areas to repeat as well as anchor other areas (such as fields and labels) together. Frames provide you with accurate control over the layout of your report.
