User Interaction and Enterprise 2.0

This component of Oracle Fusion Middleware combines a dynamic, personalized user interaction layer, capable of delivery to multiple device types, with a complete set of user-facing services that are finely tuned for efficient communication and collaboration.

Enterprise 2.0 is the use of Web 2.0 technologies and usage patterns in the enterprise to foster a next-generation, collaborative workplace that is Internet powered, user focused, and community centric to improve the productivity of internal and external business processes.  This workplace is anchored by collaborative solutions that connect people, ideas, content, processes, systems, and other enterprise artifacts. Examples of Enterprise 2.0 applications include wikis, blogs, enterprise application mashups, social networks, and team spaces.
