This sample describes the steps required to build and run the interMedia Photo Album Sample for the PL/SQL Gateway and Web Toolkit. See the readme file included with the kit for installation and execution details.

Requires:

• Server Component:
  • Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2) with Oracle interMedia, Oracle XML DB, and Oracle Text installed. (Oracle interMedia, Oracle XML DB and Oracle Text are installed by default.)
• Client Component:
  • Oracle HTTP Server with PL/SQL Gateway (mod_plsql) installed.
    
    Oracle HTTP Server is distributed with Oracle Application Server 10g. You may use either Oracle Application Server 10g Release 2 (10.1.2.0) or Oracle Application Server 10g (9.0.4).
    
    Oracle HTTP Server is also available on the companion CD of Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2). Run the Oracle Universal Installer to install components from the companion CD. Select the option to install "Oracle HTTP Server, HTML DB". In the next product component screen make sure the "Apache Standalone" option is selected.
