The J2EE Integration Demo (JInt), demonstrates an integraton scenario between 2 companies, Pluto Motors & Marvel Accessories. This demo shows as how to enable integration between the internal systems of these 2 companies. Both the systems are J2EE based but the integration function can also be extended to integrate heterogeneous systems, as the solution is based on open standards like SOAP, XML and J2EE. The solution demonstrated by this demo is not an alternative to Oracle's integration solution, Oracle9iAS Integration, since Oracle9iAS Integration offers a complete, standards-based infrastructure for application integration, business-to-business collaboration and Web Services integration in a single product. The primary focus of the JInt demo is to demonstrate High Availability architecture of Oracle9iAS, J2EE design patterns, new features of the EJB2.0 specification and so on.
