This download is a standalone version
of the ADF Installer that is also included in JDeveloper;
the standalone version can be run from the command line, without
requiring a JDeveloper installation. Use the Oracle ADF Installer
to copy ADF runtime libraries into the J2EE container of a
targeted application server. The target application server
can be OC4J, Oracle Application Server, Tomcat, JBoss, or

The README.html file contained in the zip file provides instructions
for installing and running the ADF installer.
