iSQL*Plus Extension Download

The iSQL*Plus Extension is an extension to Oracle9i JDeveloper. The iSQL*Plus Extension enables you to load or execute SQL*Plus scripts from within JDeveloper. Scripts are loaded or executed into iSQL*Plus, the browser-based version of SQL*Plus.

There are two versions of the iSQL*Plus Extension, one for Oracle9i JDeveloper Release 9.0.2, and one for Release 9.0.3.

The iSQL*Plus Extension can only be used with iSQL*Plus Release 9.2, which is included with Oracle9i Release 2.

To install the iSQL*Plus Extension for Oracle9i JDeveloper Release 9.0.3:

1. Shut down JDeveloper if it is running.
2. Download and save the iSE4OJ903.zip file to your <JDEVELOPER_HOME>/jdev/lib/ext directory.
3. Unzip the iSE4OJ903.zip file to the same directory. It contains the iSQL*Plus Extension readme file, ise4oj_readme.htm, and the iSQL*Plus Extension file, ise4oj.jar.
4. Start JDeveloper. The extension is loaded automatically.

To install the iSQL*Plus Extension for Oracle9i JDeveloper Release 9.0.2:

1. Shut down JDeveloper if it is running.
2. Download and save the iSE4OJ.jar.zip file to your <JDEVELOPER_HOME>/jdev/lib/ext directory.
3. Important! After saving the file, you must rename it from iSE4OJ.jar.zip to iSE4OJ.jar (remove the .zip extension) or the extension will not load successfully.
4. Start JDeveloper. The extension is loaded automatically.

	iSE4OJ903.zip version 9.0.3 (52 Kilobytes) - Supported on Windows NT/2000/XP, Linux, Solaris and HP-UX
	iSE4OJ.jar.zip version 9.0.2 (103 Kilobytes) - Supported on Windows NT/2000/XP, Linux, Solaris, and HP-UX
