MapViewer is an Oracle Application Server 10g component used for visualizing geospatial data managed by Oracle Locator or Oracle Spatial. Version 9.0.4 is available for download here.

The Map Definition Tool component is an unsupported GUI tool that lets you create, modify, and delete styles, themes, and maps. The unsupported Map Definition Tool is included as a separate download here.

The MapViewer Extensions for JDeveloper extend JDeveloper's Connections Navigator to support the browsing of MapViewer's mapping metadata (styles, themes, and basemaps) and extend JDeveloper's Component Palette by adding MapViewer's JSP taglib tags to the Component Palette. These libraries require that Oracle Application Server 10g (9.0.4) MapViewer or later be installed. The extension libraries are included as a separate download here.
