you need to install the following software:

Internet Directory 10.1.4.0.1 -- If
you install OID for the first time, otherwise upgrade your
existing OID installation to 10.1.4.3
Oracle
Internet Directory 10.1.4.3 Patchset --
This will upgrade OID 10.1.4.0.1 to 10.1.4.3
