SCM Scripts Readme file

Installation:
=============
Unzip these files into your $JAWS_HOME\settings\enu folder.
Example: c:\jaws37\settings\enu
Validation:
===========
Start the SCM command-line application.
When the prompt appears, press <insert+q> twice quickly.
A dialog box should appear giving the script name, version and build of the jaws
scripts.
