for details.
The no-cost Oracle Jena Adaptor implements the well-known
Jena Graph and Model APIs. (Jena is an Open Source framework developed by
Hewlett-Packard and is available under a BSD-style license; see http://jena.sf.net
for details.) It extends the semantic data management capabilities of Oracle
Database (Oracle Database10g Release 2 RDF and Oracle Database 11g
Release 1 RDF/OWL). This adaptor includes enhancements to Oracle Database
as well as a middleware client. Note: This version of the Oracle Jena
Adaptor requires Jena 2.5.4.
This is a no-cost plugin for the cytoscape program (www.cytoscape.org).
The plugin enables a read/write interface between Oracle Database and the
cytoscape program. In addition, it also enables some network analysis functions
from cytoscape. The README.txt file within the zipfile has instructions
for installing and using this plugin.
