Chris Judson is the Chief Architect and co-founder of E2E Consulting, an Oracle System Integrator specializing in Service-Oriented Architecture. Chris has more than 7 years of experience architecting and implementing SOA solutions for Fortune 500 companies and Higher Education institutions, including one of the first Oracle BPEL Process Manager implementations. Chris has served on the BPEL/SOA Suite Customer Advisory Board since its inception and frequently presents at conferences across the United States on topics relating to SOA best practices, real world SOA implementations and transforming development organizations from traditional EAI integration to a SOA methodology.

Sunil Manaktala is a principal at Innowave Technology. He has over ten (10) years PeopleSoft experience, specializing in global implementations, integration and customizations. He has been working with Oracle Fusion Middleware and SOA suite for over two years. He is actively involved with customers in extending their enterprise applications by adopting SOA architecture and Oracle technologies. Sunil is very active in PeopleSoft OAUG in Southern California.

Peter Lewandowski

Pete joined System Efficiency in 2006 and is currently a Senior Consultant specializing in upgrades and tools technology utilization. Pete commits his time and energy to studying ways his clients can best leverage PeopleSoft's tools and applications to produce the most flexible and stable solution while meeting business needs. While with System Efficiency he has assisted clients in meeting their needs with the upgrade process from start to finish and in sourcing needs. Pete has also presented at Oracle Collaborate in the past.

Pete has successfully been the upgrader or technical lead on 8 upgrades of PeopleSoft and has participated in a total of 12 upgrades during his career. These upgrades encompass FSCM, HCM, private and public sector clients from Healthcare to Manufacturing. His most recent background is with a client performing a double upgrade from 7.5 to 9.0 FSCM. With his varied background Pete brings a unique perspective, specialized skills and extensive knowledge to the table.

Michael Rulf is the Vice President of Advanced Engineering for AT&T Hosting & Application Services. At AT&T, Michael provides strategic direction and management of all product engineering initiatives with a primary focus on Oracle's ERP products such as Siebel, E-Business Suite, and PeopleSoft. This includes setting strategic direction and managing development of various SOA initiatives encompassing Oracle ERP products, SAP, Microsoft business productivity products such as SharePoint, and ecommerce solutions like IBM WebSphere Commerce.

He joined Oracle in 2003 and is part of the Development organization where he is responsible for designing and leading enablement activities to Oracle's top partners. He previously held consulting and pre-sales positions at CA with a total of over 8 years of experience in Enterprise Portals and Application Integration.
