of Oracle TopLink. Over the years TopLink has been recognized
as a leader in providing persistence services for Java
systems. In this issue we look at the past, present,
and future of TopLink and get a sneak peak at some new

TopLink 10g (10.1.3) Developer Preview 3 new functionality
such as Object-XML mappings with JAXB support, JCA support
for EIS through Object-XML mappings, and enhanced database
and caching support options.
New
Extensions for JDeveloper ValueObject Framework for
JDeveloper, ADF BC ViewObject Copy and Delete, and Castor
Extension to generate beans from XML schemas.
