Oracle SQL Developer 1.5.5.59.69 is the latest release available and updates Oracle SQL Developer 1.5.4. This release is scheduled for inclusion in Oracle Database 11gR2

Migration Technology

The Oracle Migration Workbench, originally a tool for simplifying the process of migration from a range of non-Oracle databases to Oracle, has now entered a desupport cycle, while the existing functionality has been incorporated into Oracle SQL Developer Migrations.
