2Train4 has worked with Oracle
throughout the world, consulting and training Oracle Partners and customers
on the Oracle Application Server and Database environments.
Using the advantages and unique skills of our Migration
Center we have enabled customers to successfully migrate their applications
into the Oracle platform and thus, improve the reliability and performance
of those applications.
Migration Services
Our services are offered from the preliminary stages of planning a development
project, and continue through the entire project life cycle. We guide
our customers regarding the analyses of the requirements, the definition
of the system specifications and the design of the final architecture
of their project.
In the next stage, we advise our customers with regard
to the selection of the system platform, Database, Application Server
and other supporting software and hardware tools.
When our customer has already committed to a specific
Application Server, which does not meet the project requirements, we
support our customer in the process of migrating to the preferable Application
Server. We provide our knowledge on how to adjust the system design
and its architecture to reach its ultimate performance.
Upon completion of the definition of the project stages, we support
our customers in the process of selecting and establishing the most
appropriate team for the project execution, whether the customer's internal
team, a third party or a team from 2Train4. If required, we then design
and provide customized training to qualify the selected team to successfully
accomplish the migration .
In addition, 2Train4 provides continuous reports throughout
the implementation of the project and the successful completion of each
of its phases, i.e. implementation, testing, code review, benchmarking,
release planning and configuration management.
We also provide ongoing consultation to any technical
difficulties that may arise throughout the development process, new
releases of the product, expansions and any other stage of the product
generation.
Through our acquired experience, we have learned that
after an Application Server migration project is completed , training
on the new Application Server is highly recommended. We have developed
a unique catalog of courseware and workshops, to assist our customers'
IT workforces and Research and Development personnel in adapting to
the new environment. Our courseware is designed to allow customization
to the specific needs of each customer. Such customization is based
on the customer's requirements and on the knowledge and experience we
acquire during the migration process.
