To get the latest snapshot of the currently available best practices please
follow the below instructions
Create a local directory on your filesystem (e.g. c:\SOA_Bestpractices) which will be referred to as $SOA_BP_HOME
Download and extract the SOA Suite Best Practice Index (soa_index_prelim.zip) from here into $SOA_BP_HOME
After this step you should have the follwing structure in your best practice home folder.
$SOA_BP_HOME\B2B_index_prelim.htm
$SOA_BP_HOME\BPEL_index_prelim.htm
$SOA_BP_HOME\ESB_index_prelim.htm
$SOA_BP_HOME\SOA_index_prelim.htm
Now download and extract the best practice content (SOASuite_BestPractices_071010.zip) from here into $SOA_BP_HOME. After this step your $SOA_BP_HOME should contain of one additional child named bestPractices.
You are now ready to use the indices extracted in the previous step. They contain detailed information about the provided documents as well as the links to them.
