Effective March 30, 2015, the point of contact for BlueKai product support will be through My Oracle Support and no longer through the BlueKai account representative for customers with a subscription for the BlueKai Data Management Platform (DMP) and Audience Data Marketplace (ADM). This change does not apply to Data Providers unless they have a subscription for DMP or ADM.
The same team who supported BlueKai’s products continues to do so today. You should continue to use your account representative as your primary support contact.
As we progress through the integration of support for BlueKai's products with Oracle Marketing Cloud Support we will provide advance notice to you about any changes.
