Effective March 30, 2015, the point of contact for support of BlueKai cloud services is through My Oracle Support and no longer through the BlueKai account representative for customers with a subscription for the BlueKai Data Management Platform (DMP) and Audience Data Marketplace (ADM). This change does not apply to Data Providers unless they have a subscription for DMP or ADM.
