The same support team who supported DataRaker’s products continues to do so today.
Effective May 20, 2013, the initial point of contact for DataRaker product support will be through Oracle Customer Support and My Oracle Support. Until that time, please continue to submit any new support requests to: dataraker-support_us@oracle.com and list your company name in the subject line to expedite your request. The legacy DataRaker support email account has been decommissioned, and should no longer be used.
Requests previously submitted to the legacy DataRaker support email account do not need to be resubmitted.
As we progress through the integration of DataRaker Support within Oracle Customer Support we will provide advance notice to you about any additional changes.
