Effective immediately with the close of the eServGlobal USP acquisition, the initial point of contact for eServGlobal USP product support is through the Oracle Customer Support systems and infrastructure and no longer through the eServGlobal support portal or support hotlines. Please discontinue using the eServGlobal support mechanisms for USP support.
As of the acquisition close, supported USP customers were sent a welcome letter via email with an Oracle Support Identifier. Customers will use the Oracle Support Identifier to obtain support for the USP products from Oracle Customer Support. If you did not receive a letter from Oracle Customer Support with the Support Identifier, please contact Oracle Customer Support via the Support hotline for your local country.
