On June 21, 2011, Oracle announced that it has agreed to acquire FatWire Software (FatWire), a leading provider of web experience management solutions. The proposed transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in mid-year 2011. Until the transaction closes, each company will continue to operate independently, and it is business as usual.
