Effective July 28, 2014, support for GreenBytes products will transition to Oracle. The GreenBytes support portal, support email address, and support hotlines will no longer be available as of July 28, 2014.
In early July, Oracle will provide information via email and via this site about the new process for you to obtain support from Oracle starting on July 28, 2014. In the meantime, Support requests may continue to be submitted via the GreenBytes Support channels listed below until they are decommissioned.
