Effective November 20, 2014, support for the LiveLOOK products will transition to the Oracle Service Cloud support portal, and will no longer be provided through the LiveLOOK support channels. Please discontinue using the LiveLOOK support mechanisms as of that date.
As we progress through the integration of LiveLOOK Support within Oracle we will provide advance notice to you about upcoming changes.
