Designated Contacts may contact Oracle Service Cloud Technical Support by telephone for critical production Severity 1 and 2 issues. Before calling in for support, please submit an incident via the Ask Support page. In order to address your issues most efficiently and escalate to another team if necessary, we require that a separate incident must be submitted for each issue. When you do call in, please have your incident reference number ready for our support agent.
