Support for LiveLOOK Products


Effective November 20, 2014, support for the LiveLOOK products transitioned to the Oracle Service Cloud support portal and the Oracle Service Cloud technical support hotlines. Support for the LiveLOOK products will no longer be provided through the LiveLOOK support email, support hotline, or chat.


Support Requests

Logon to the Oracle Service Cloud support portal to open new technical issues or track existing issues.

To contact Oracle Support by phone, refer to the list of Oracle Service Cloud Technical Support Telephone Hotlines by country. Designated Contacts may contact Oracle Service Cloud Technical Support by telephone for critical production Severity 1 and 2 issues. Before calling in for support, please submit an incident via the Ask Support page. In order to address your issues most efficiently and escalate to another team if necessary, we require that a separate incident must be submitted for each issue. When you do call in, please have your incident reference number ready for our support agent.
