On February 18, 2011, Oracle announced the acquisition of select intellectual property assets of Ndevr, adding environmental reporting and business intelligence (BI) capabilities to Oracle’s ERP Solutions. Since 2008, Ndevr has been providing greenhouse gas (GHG) and environmental solutions for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle E-Business Suite customers - and has been a certified partner for over 10 years.

Driven by both country-specific regulatory mandates and stakeholder requests for voluntary reporting, organizations are under pressure to provide consistent, transparent and accurate measurements of environmental data collection and reporting. In response to this need, Ndevr has developed, in native Oracle technology, a unified solution across ERP and BI systems that is integrated to existing business processes and systems.

Now with Ndevr products as a part of Oracle, we expect to deliver an improved ability to accurately model, capture, cost, analyze and report on carbon and environmental data, delivered as an Oracle product.
