The same support team who supported Nimbula’s products continues to do so today.
Effective June 17, 2013, support for Nimbula products will transition to Oracle. The Nimbula support email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and support portal (http://support.nimbula.com) will no longer be available as of June 17, 2013.
In early June, Oracle will provide information about the new process for you to obtain support from Oracle starting on June 17, 2013.
Support requests may continue to be submitted via the Nimbula Support portal and via the e-mail address listed below until they are decommissioned. Please note that the Nimbula Support hotline (1.650.641.7858) has been decommissioned effective May 15, 2013.
As we progress through the integration of Nimbula Support within Oracle we will provide advance notice to you about any further changes.
