Please discontinue using the Responsys and Push IO support mechanisms as of that date.
Responsys and Push IO products continue to be supported by the team. All support contact channels remain the same. Please continue to use the same support channels you have been using, including the support portal, email, or telephone.
As we progress through the integration of Responsys and Push IO Support within Oracle Customer Support we will provide advance notice to you about any changes.
