Training for Oracle Taleo Customers and Partners

Join a live Webcast on June 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, or 14, 2012, to learn the navigation and use of My Oracle Support. The session will review how to use My Oracle Support and will assist you with the transition to Oracle Support on June 1, 2012.

Please plan for a 60 minute session, with approximately 45 minutes of training and an additional 15 minutes for live Q & A. During the web-based training session, you will:

• What has changed for Taleo customers and partners?
• What is a Support Identifier?
• What are Severity definitions?

• Register and log in to My Oracle Support
• Overview of My Oracle Support features and functionality
• Community participation
• Basics of My Oracle Support User Administration
• How to log a Service Request and collaborate with your Support engineer

Registration is Required:
To attend one of the sessions, select the date and time that works best for you and register for the event. You will receive a confirmation email that contains a link to the meeting after registering for the session.
