Effective June 20, 2005, the acquisition of TimesTen by Oracle became final. The strength of TimesTen's real-time data management software combined with Oracle's robust enterprise database software, integrated middleware solutions and worldwide support infrastructure will deliver a more complete and versatile data management solution to Oracle and TimesTen customers alike. TimesTen products are now part of Oracle Database Products.
