Call for Nominations: Java Business Innovation Award

Are you using the Java platform to embed innovation within your business or achieve market advantage? If you have taken Oracle’s Java Embedded technologies to a new vertical market, are leveraging inherent Java capabilities such as security and portability to address industry challenges, or are building out a new product based on Oracle’s Java Embedded technologies, you may be eligible for the Java Business Innovation award, part of the Oracle Excellence Awards program. Fill in this form by June 21st if your company is using any of Oracle’s Java products to lead innovation. The Java Business Innovation award will be presented the week of September 22 through September 26 in San Francisco during Oracle’s annual event.

• One (1) winner will be selected from customer and/or partner nominations. Partners, partners’ customers, or Oracle representatives can submit nomination forms on behalf of nominees.
• Use the nomination form to discuss the nominee's use of Oracle Java Embedded products and how those products have helped to drive innovation in the nominated solution.
• The winner will be selected based on the extent to which the nominated solution uses Oracle Java Embedded in new and challenging ways.

• Nominated company uses at least one of Oracle’s Java products
• This solution should be in production or in active development
• Nomination deadline: Monday, June 21, 2013

• Award presented to winners during JavaOne by a senior Oracle executive
• Consideration for placement in Java Magazine
• Oracle Excellence Award Trophy
• A complimentary pass to JavaOne 2013 in San Francisco
