Call for Nominations: Leadership Awards

Oracle's Leadership awards recognize exceptional executives who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and technology vision in the successful deployment of Oracle products and services to simplify IT, power innovation, and drive transformational change in their respective lines of business or entire organization. Examples include CFOs using performance management or business intelligence solutions to identify new revenue or cost-saving opportunities; CHROs using recruiting or talent management solutions to attract and retain world-class employees; CMOs using marketing or customer experience solutions to engage and delight customers across multiple channels; and COOs using product lifecycle, advanced planning, or supply chain solutions to build a more resilient supply chain.

Leadership awards honor executives in four categories:

• Finance (CFO award)
• Human Capital Management (CHRO award)
• Marketing (CMO award)
• Supply Chain Management (COO award)

Winners will be selected based on the impact of their leadership on a transformational IT project, the uniqueness of their business case, the degree of innovation in the solutions and change management methodologies employed, and the business benefits realized to their respective lines of business or entire organization.

Award recipients from North America and Latin America; Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); and Asia-Pacific will be honored at Oracle OpenWorld San Francisco 2013.

• Nominee's company must use at least one Oracle solution—but ideally several—to support the transformational initiative in question (for example, Oracle Applications, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Database, Oracle engineered systems, or Oracle Cloud).
• Winners are selected by a panel of Oracle executives and industry experts. Winners will be notified by mid-June 2013 for awards to be presented at Oracle OpenWorld San Francisco 2013
• Nomination deadline: April 30, 2013

• Consideration for placement in Profit magazine, Oracle Magazine, or the Profit Executive Strategy newsletter documenting winner's success
• Placement in an Oracle press release
• Speaking opportunity at an Oracle executive event
• Video or podcast opportunity with senior Oracle executives
• Oracle Excellence Award logo for inclusion on your Website and/or press release
• A complimentary pass to Oracle OpenWorld 2013 in San Francisco
