Call for Nominations:
Oracle Fusion Middleware Innovation

Is your organization using Oracle Fusion Middleware to deliver unique business value? If so, submit a nomination today for the Oracle Fusion Middleware Innovation Awards. These awards honor customers for their cutting-edge solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware. Winners are selected based on the uniqueness of their business case, business benefits, level of impact relative to the size of the organization, complexity and magnitude of implementation, and the originality of architecture. The awards will be presented during Oracle OpenWorld 2013 (September 22-September 26) in San Francisco.

These awards honor customers for their cutting-edge solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware. To share your use of Oracle Fusion Middleware solutions and how they help your organization drive business innovation, download the entry form below. If you are a partner or an Oracle representative submitting on behalf of the customer please ensure the customer has approved this prior to final submission.

Customers may submit nominations for multiple categories:

• Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud
• Oracle Cloud Application Foundation
• Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture & Business Process Management
• Oracle WebCenter
• Oracle Identity Management
• Oracle Data Integration
• Oracle Application Development Framework and Fusion Development
• Business Analytics (Oracle BI, Oracle EPM, and Oracle Exalytics)

The winners are selected by a panel of internal and external judges that score each entry across multiple different scoring categories. The entry with the highest aggregate score wins an award.

• Nomination deadline: Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 5pm Pacific Time
• This solution should be in production or in active development

1. Please complete the supplied form(s) for your category with as much detail as possible. Please do not leave any information blank.
2. Submit completed form(s) and any relevant supporting documents to the email address above. Email subject: <Category_CompanyName_InnovationAwards2013> when submitting your nomination. Name all supporting documents with “companyname_solutionname_filename.xyz”
3. Oracle Employees and Partners, please provide complete contact information as required.
4. Oracle may contact you to collect additional details, if necessary.
5. Winners will be notified on the week of August 5th 2013. You can find last year's winners here.
