Is your organization using Oracle's proactive support tools to maximize the value you get from your Oracle investment? The awards for Proactive Support Executive Champions and Proactive Support Individual Champions honor Oracle customers or partners for driving the adoption of proactive tools and resources within their company or client. Winners are selected based on the breadth and depth of proactive support tools usage, the business benefits, and level of impact relative to the size of the organization.
The Executive and Individual categories have two winners each. A customer, the customer's partner, or an Oracle representative can submit the nomination form on behalf of the nominee. Proactive Support Executive nominees should be C-level individuals who have made a significant impact on their company's adoption and use of proactive support tools and best practices. Proactive Support Individual nominees are individuals who have made an impact in their area of responsibility and have been able to influence others to adopt proactive tools and best practices. Entry forms will be available to submit nominees who have been able to demonstrate how using Oracle's proactive support tools have helped their organization realize a higher business value. Customers may submit nominations for multiple categories.
The Proactive Support Executive and Individual Champions will be selected by Oracle Support executives, who will assess the criteria for each nominee across multiple categories.
Your company or the client you are working with uses at least one of Oracle's proactive support offerings (for example, communities, upgrade advisors, product information centers, Oracle Configuration Manager's health checks feature, Ora-600 tool, etc.)
Any proactive support tools mentioned should be in use in a production or active development environment
