How will Oracle compensate me for my contribution?

Will Oracle help me with my transition from school to work?
Absolutely. For college recruits, Oracle will fund relocation services. You will have the option to either accept a lump sum payment or to receive personalized relocation services, including but not limited to working with your own relocation counselor, packing and moving and transportation services, apartment hunting, and even temporary housing.

What's the Oracle culture like?
You could describe the Oracle culture as the ultimate MERITocracy. What do Oracle employees do in their spare time?
Our recreational and social activities are just as diverse as the members of the Oracle family. We ski, hike, backpack; play basketball, volleyball, or soccer; and bike, swim, weight train, or sail, to name a few. Employees take lunch breaks to practice martial arts, play piano (the lobby of at least one building has a piano), play table tennis or pool, sing, or meditate. Can I do community/volunteer work at Oracle?
You bet! Many of us possess a strong spirit of volunteerism and activism and participate in local activities from Habitat to Humanity to raising awareness and money for diabetes. There's a host of cultural activities as well.
