Oracle's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups (AGs) are employee networks that support the unique interests and needs of Oracle employees. ERGs have a formal leadership structure and an executive sponsor. ERGs reflect key populations aligned with the Diversity and Inclusion mission. AGs do not require a recognized leadership structure and are solely designed to bring employees with similar interests together.

Membership in ERGs and in AGs engages employees with common interests, enables employees to communicate across lines of business and geographies, and offers a variety of benefits and opportunities:

    Mission is to enrich professional and leadership development of African-American employees by fostering mentoring, recruitment, retention and community engagement to advance diversity and inclusion within Oracle to drive business and career outcomes.
  • Hispanic Oracle Leadership Association (HOLA)
    Mission is to develop and nurture the intellectual leadership of our Latino community in order to maximize our contribution within Oracle to drive innovation while achieving our own professional growth.
  • Oracle Pride Employee Network (OPEN)
    Mission is to educate Oracle and the surrounding community about issues concerning the LGBT and Ally community, network with each other for support, ensure a safe workplace, and contribute to Oracle's success as a business by assisting with identifying and retaining top diverse talent. In addition, we will contribute to Oracle’s business success by building strategic partnerships with our customers.

Through these groups, our employees are able to interact with external organizations, linking Oracle to our local communities and promoting cultural awareness among all Oracle employees. For example, some groups sponsor cultural events such as Black History Month, Diwali, Gay Pride Week, and Hispanic Heritage Month.
