dSPACE had many varied development departments working autonomously on their specific areas of focus. The company executed a re-organization initiative, combining all departments under one lead, to better organize active projects and projects in the pipeline. Additionally, dSPACE needed increased transparency and visibility enterprisewide, to gain an overall view of activities and to support more efficient planning of development projects and resource capacities for current and future projects.

dSPACE GmbH used Oracle’s Primavera P6 Professional Project Management to enable greater insight and more efficient management of multiple projects simultaneously, across the organization—improving resource planning and timing. dSPACE GmbH worked with Oracle Gold Partner INTECO GmbH to implement Primavera P6 Professional Project Management. The implementation began in early 2005, with dSPACE going completely live on the solution, for all projects across the enterprise, in 2006. dSPACE depended on the high-quality support it received from INTECO during the implementation process.
