- Establish an enterprise-class identity management solution that can work in a disparate IT environment of systems from multiple corporate mergers and acquisitions
- Ensure compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and the payments card industry (PCI) standards as they relate to protecting data from unauthorized access
