  • Deployed Oracle’s Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management to gain visibility across the enterprise including more than 300 electric infrastructure projects, both large and small, underway at any given time
  • Gained new agility in mapping projected costs to actual cost and in importing actual costs from the accounting system nightly to proactively manage cost trends
  • Leveraged Primavera P6’s time sheet capabilities to functional managers, group leads, and associates, giving 150 team members real-time visibility into their schedule commitments
  • Acquired the ability to effectively and centrally track, capture, and analyze time that team members spend on specific projects—optimizing resources and avoiding over allocation that might delay projects or increase costs
  • Gained enterprise visibility to manage and reduce project risk
  • Used automated reporting to publish nightly status updates and added scheduled reporting  to resources
