Home Credit Group Consolidates Reporting and Saves Time across All Business Units
Home Credit Group, a leading provider of consumer finance, was established in 1997 in the Czech Republic and has experienced considerable growth within Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, and Asia. Home Credit Group’s 15,800 employees primarily provide loans to 4.7 million customers seeking purchases of durable goods, such as electronics or home and garden equipment.
Challenges and Solutions
Home Credit Group needed to consolidate data collection processes and reporting for 13 companies in eight countries and six time zones while also facilitating the completion and validation of monthly inputs and enabling comparisons across countries, products, and sales channels with full control over historical data. To meet these needs, the company deployed Oracle Essbase as a central repository of consolidated data. The solution enabled Home Credit Group to make data fulfillment more user friendly, saving time through immediate feedback on data entry and checking. Oracle Partner Neit Consulting implemented Oracle Essbase. The high level professionalism provided by the consultants was the key to the successful implementation of this project at Home Credit.
