Hyatt Hotels Corporation Enhances Its Customer Web Site Experience

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is a global hospitality company with widely-recognized, industry-leading brands and a tradition of innovation developed over more than fifty years. Hyatt manages, franchises, owns, and develops Hyatt branded hotels, resorts, and residential and vacation ownership properties around the world. The company’s global portfolio consists of more than 450 properties.

Hyatt needed to provide for flexibility and individuality across approximately 480 property Web sites, while ensuring that all company sites followed standard guidelines and retained the same corporate look and feel. It also wanted to make it easy for staff members at various properties to easily update Web content without requiring IT support.

Hyatt recently upgraded to Oracle ATG Web Commerce 10 to meet these challenges, while improving system stability, security, and site-rendering speed.
