  • Used Oracle Enterprise Manager to deploy a management platform for the entire private cloud infrastructure, supporting  the company’s 55 applications and its end-to-end connected cloud services program, which aims to improve customer service by tying software offerings to an equally integrated business infrastructure
  • Used Oracle Application Integration Architecture and specifically six of Oracle’s process integration packs to integrate more than 35 different applications, including customer relationship management, finance, e-commerce, billing and revenue management, and other systems into a process-driven business architecture capable of addressing software-as-a-service (SaaS) licensing and provisioning
  • Accelerated time-to-completion of an application integration initiative, orchestrating end-to-end business processes across multiple applications by leveraging between 50% and 80% of the integration designs and implementation code provided by the process integration packs
  • Used Oracle Enterprise Manager to help manage thousands of virtual and physical targets for IT activities, including cloud setup, monitoring, provisioning, patching, and change and configuration management across development, test, staging, and production environments
