Challenges

  • “Oracle iLearning enables us to provide affordable, high-quality, award-winning, and user-centric training solutions across all mandatory disciplines, to improve the effectiveness of our training programs. The nature of the online, on-demand platform enables us to make our training programs available to care providers continuously, for a fraction of the cost of alternative solutions.” – David Crowe, Project Manager, Log on to Care

  • Decrease costs incurred by residential care homes, hospices, and other care providers and institutions for training employees in key areas, such as dementia care, safeguarding adults, and end-of-life care
  • Accommodate varied staff schedules and allow staff to train at their own pace at a time of their choosing
  • Accommodate learning needs of shift workers, who are often unable to attend daytime classroom-based training sessions
  • Enable care providers to monitor staff qualifications to ensure continued compliance with stringent department of health (DoH) regulations governing the provision of social care
