Oracle Product and Services

  • Worked with Oracle Partner Trivadis to implement Oracle GoldenGate to serve as a transaction replication solution in the business-critical, around-the-clock production environment for www.nespresso.com
  • Loaded data from the ERP system to the e­commerce database in just one-half a day at the initial stage and loaded data in real time, on a daily basis
  • Used Oracle GoldenGate to synchronize e-commerce application data, such as coffee capsules and machine product ranges, commercial and promotional offers from the two key markets—Switzerland and the United Kingdom—with plans to synchronize all Nespresso markets in the short-term
  • Ensured real-time data source replication  consisting of 2.5 terabytes of data from the ERP database to the e-commerce database
  • Captured all modifications to the database source and gained the ability to filter information in tables, columns, and records, to optimize the replication process and ensure data integrity and reliability
  • Used the highly-reliable data replication process to guarantee e-commerce site availability with nondegraded response time, ensuring that customers can easily purchase coffee products at their convenience
